Q: Can the blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature and other health functions in the watch be used as a medical reference?

A:Smart watches are consumer electronic products, non-medical products. The health data of watches is not recommended as a reference for professional medical and disease treatment.

Q: What functions can be used when Bluetooth is off?

A:Usually pedometer, sleep monitor, alarm and heart rate monitor still can be used without connecting to Bluetooth. Calling reminder, remote camera, find phone need Bluetooth connection.

Q: I can't find wristband when I try to pair it with my phone. How to fix this?

A:1. Please make sure the Bluetooth on your phone has been switched on, and keep wristband and your phone within 0.5 meter. After pairing              Bluetooth.successfully, the Bluetooth communication range is less than 10 meters.

2. Please check if the battery of wristband is running low.

3. Please restart the Bluetooth connection.

Q: Why the device cannot boot or start up properly?

A:Please charge your new device for at least 10 minutes or more before the first usage, this ensures normal device boot and optimal operation.
